Quality Control

Quality control runs through every stage of product realization, from raw materials and components to production, assembly, and final inspection. The goal of quality control is not only to identify problems, but also to reduce risks through process management and key checkpoint verification, thereby improving product consistency and batch supply stability.

At the incoming stage, attention is given to the basic condition of key raw materials and components. During production and assembly, the focus is placed on critical dimensions, assembly consistency, and basic functional performance. At the finished-product stage, further checks are carried out on appearance, functionality, structural condition, and final release confirmation. Through continuous control at key stages, the company aims to provide customers with more reliable products and more stable supply support.

Key Quality Control Points:

  • Incoming Quality Control: Inspection of key raw materials and critical components before production.
  • In-Process Quality Control: Monitoring of key dimensions, structural consistency, and basic process quality during production.
  • Assembly & Functional Check: Verification of assembly condition, fitment, and basic functional performance.
  • Final Inspection: Final checks on appearance, function, structure, and overall release condition before shipment.
